After Tunisia, Egypt is in turn now experiencing an unprecedented protest movement. Since demonstrations started on January 25, Egyptians have invaded the streets of Cairo. They are demanding an end to President Hosni Mubarak's regime.

In Egypt, 30 years of dictatorship have drained the country. Corruption, poverty and unemployment have become the fate of millions of inhabitants in the land of the Pharaohs.

Although initially the protest movement was spontaneous, several political movements have tried to appropriate it. Among these movements is the Muslim Brotherhood organisation, an Islamist brotherhood that promotes the establishment of the caliphate and the organisation of society around the values of Islam.

But who are the members of the Muslim Brotherhood that promotes Sharia law? Are they really capable of taking power in Egypt?
