TCHIN-CHAO, THE CHINESE CONJURER
France 1904
A Chinese magician turns paper lanterns into a dog, and then the dog into a woman.
After various transformations and disappearances, he covers a young woman in a veil
from which he takes out chickens ! The young woman gets her revenge in the end.

PROFESSOR DO-MI-SOL-DO
France 1906
A very agitated orchestra conductor struggles with a music stand, a trombone, a piano,
and a music score which all victimize him. He becomes completely insane.

THE INFERNAL CAKEWALK
France 1903
In his kingdom of Hades, the Devil makes a couple of professional dancers come to
demonstrate the Cake-Walk. After, a ridiculous devil appears from a large cake, performs
an acrobatic dance, and then disappears in an explosion and a smoke cloud. All of the
inhabitants of Hades participate in a crazy saraband dance.

A wizard makes an egg grow to an enormous size, then cuts it in two, and places each
half on the pans of a balance scale, which he magically constructed using a lorgnette.
From this, he makes hens appear as well as two children.

SIDESHOW WRESTLERS
France 1908
A caretaker teaches an unstoppable wrestling hold to his friend who has just seen
wrestlers perform at a fair exhibition. The friend, the caretaker, and his wife attend the
funfair and the contests begin. Using the tips he has just received from the caretaker, the
friend succeeds in amazing everyone.
