François sets off on a wind-swept journey to discover the tides of the Mont-Saint-Michel Bay.
Every year, the bay experiences the biggest tides in Europe, during which the breeders of salt-meadow lambs lead their herds to temporary grazing pastures. François takes part in this perilous transhumance expedition, amidst a landscape that is between land and sea. He then hops onto his Mobylette to discover the Abbey, a granite masterpiece. He ends his journey by boarding an old ship the Lys Noir – still on his Mobylette. They set sail for Chausey.
