On a chilly winter evening, the Sea Nomad has left the port of Concarneau. It will sail around the world. It is an exceptional adventure where Corentin and his team aboard the Sea Nomad will be subjected to climatic variations, technical deadlocks, discouragements, joys...

The objective is to meet inventors to test their low-techs, document them and share them patent-free on the internet.
With his engineering degree in the bag, Corentin de Chatelperron one day decided to build a boat from natural jute fiber. An ecological revolution!
To test the boat's resistance, Corentin sailed alone for six months from Bangladesh to Malaysia – he thus experimented living fully independently.
Back in his Breton home he will call his experience a “constructive failure”. Two years later a new project emerged – bigger, more ambitious: The Sea Nomad. It is a 14 meters catamaran. But this time the boat is only equipped with low-techs – technologies that are easy to design, build and use. They need to account for the crew's basic human needs: feed, stay hydrated, produce energy, etc.
