It has been a year since the August 26th, 2016 earthquake. But the survivors are still waiting on the emergency housing the state promised.
Less than 500 small houses have been delivered – they require more than 3800.

To mitigate the state’s delays, locals and Amatrice organizations mobilize themselves. A spirit of “resistance” reignites the spark in their eyes, in a region that was shaken to its core.
