Bernard Villain, who works in Brantôme, in the Périgord Vert region, specialises in a mainstay of French cooking - Foie Gras (of duck), which he serves with a Tarte Tatin, an upside-down apple cake. Sarah Wiener is not keen on force-feeding animals. She's even rather against it, but she reluctantly tastes the delicacy and has to admit - it's really quite delicious. But when, a few hours later, she gets roped in to force-feeding the ducks, she struggles to overcome her reluctance.
