Why cant I view the programmes?
"We advise you to sign in as soon as you visit the site in order to benefit from the full range of the sites functions. If you are not signed in, you will only be able to view the programmes that are available on the home page (excluding Pre-sales). Sign in to view the videos of our catalogue in their entirety."
Why cant I access the programme details?
You must be signed in to view details of projects in the Pre-sales zone.
Why cant I find the catalogue I have just requested in "My Catalogue"?
"Catalogue requests are generated automatically but can take a while depending on the number of programmes selected. You will receive an email as soon as your catalogue is ready to be consulted or downloaded in your private area."
Why cant I view the programmes in the language of my choice?
"You can view the first 18 minutes of programmes on this version of the site. Viewing takes place in English by default. If an English version does not exist, the programme is available in French. We are currently working on the possibility of selecting the language of your choice, as well as on the online availability of programmes in their entirety."
What is the viewing feedback form for?
"The information you provide after viewing is sent directly to our team members. It enables us to refrain from contacting you several times about programmes you have already refused. It also helps us suggest programmes to you that are more in line with your search criteria."
